12 Month Website Warranty

12 Months of Confidence, Backed by Process

When you invest in a website through Tradiemate, you’re backed by a clear, structured 12-month limited warranty. This isn’t a marketing gimmick — it’s a practical framework that protects the integrity of your site and sets fair expectations on both sides.

We stand behind the work we deliver. If something within the original build stops performing as it should, we’ll fix it.

What's Covered

Structural & Functional Reliability
If any part of the original build fails to function as intended, we’ll take care of it.

This includes:

– Contact forms, buttons, or navigation not working as expected
– Layout or styling issues on standard browsers
– Technical bugs within the scope of our original development.

Hosting & Availability (if hosted by Tradiemate)
If your website is hosted through us or one of our preferred providers, it benefits from reliable infrastructure and industry-standard uptime. Should any issues arise within our remit, we’ll step in to help resolve them.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not extend to:

– Changes made after handover by clients or third parties
– Issues caused by third-party tools or plugins
– Browser or device updates outside the original development window
– Requests for redesigns, new features, or content updates
– Hosting, domain, or DNS issues managed externally

This clarity helps protect your business and ours — ensuring we can act quickly when something goes wrong, and avoiding unnecessary scope confusion.

Need Help That’s Outside Warranty?

If you’re looking for edits, additions, or support outside the original scope, we offer on-demand help at our current hourly rate.

This model allows you to access expert help when needed — without being tied into monthly fees or long-term retainers.

How to Lodge a Warranty Request

If something’s not working and you believe it may be a warranty item:

– Email our support team with a short explanation of the issue
– Include the page URL and a screenshot if helpful
– We’ll assess and advise next steps

If it’s covered under warranty, we’ll handle it. If not, we’ll let you know what your support options are — no pressure.
